I had an amazing experience at La Guaca Hostel. The value for my money was outstanding, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short bus ride from the center of town. The staff treated me like family, especially Ana who was so sweet and caring during my entire stay. This hostel is definitely a hidden gem!
Food for breakfast could be improved by addressing the issue of ants and flies in the kitchen.

The hostel's location is not the best, as there is nothing around in the area and finding food late at night can be a challenge.
The top bunks are too high and don't have proper rails, causing safety concerns.

The atmosphere was lovely, with a perfect balance of quiet and sociable. The staff were helpful, especially Daniel were great to accompany me to the hospital and translate for me. The hostel offers a kitchen area to use, and you can easily book tours from here. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast included was delicious. I highly recommend this hostel.
It is worth mentioning that the location is a bit far from the main town, and the shower head was not the best. But these were minor inconveniences and did not affect my overall experience.
